Consent to Personal Data Processing

I (the data subject) freely give consent to the rights holder of EZO (the “Operator”) to process my personal data under this Consent and the Privacy Policy (https://ezo-app.ru).

This Consent is intended for users in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and other jurisdictions, subject to mandatory local law (including RF 152-FZ and RK personal-data law).

1. Data

Personal data (information that uniquely identifies me, and personalization data — birth date/time/place, journal, local settings) is stored only on my device.

The Operator’s server processes anonymized information that does not uniquely identify a data subject and is not personal data. This may include technical/account identifiers without identity linkage, anonymized subscription/payment facts, and technical logs.

Full card data is not processed by the Operator. Information I voluntarily send in a support request is processed only for that request.

2. Purposes

Registration and service delivery; performing the offer; payments and subscription accounting (including storing recurring-billing consent); service notices; security; handling requests; legal duties.

3. Operations

Collection, recording, storage, updating, use, transfer to processors (hosting, payment partners) within the purposes, anonymization, deletion.

4. Term and withdrawal

Valid until purposes are achieved or until withdrawn via privacy@ezo.app. After withdrawal, personalized features may stop; processing required by law or existing obligations may continue.

5. Confirmation

By ticking a UI box, registering or paying, I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and this Consent.
